Inner Circle

Here is my HQ inner circle, the Dark Angels Supreme Grand Master Azrael, Grand Master of Librarians Ezekiel, and Master Interrogator Chaplain Asmodai.

These models are all the original metal ones. Azrael and Ezekiel are still metal, although they now include sculpted banners which my originals did not come with at the time, so my banners are paper.

Asmodai has been re-released with a new finecast sculpt with the new codex, personally im not completely sold on the new model, its good, just doesn’t seem scary enough to me. But I will probably still buy it and get around to painting is up at some point.

Given that Azrael and Ezekiel are still being sold as metal and were not converted to finecast, I’d say its a safe bet that they will be getting new sculpts in the near future, Azrael in-particular really doesn’t compare to the amazing models that the grandmaster of other chapters get.
